Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:     •    Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable.     •    No Extra Guests – Only the client with the scheduled appointment may attend.     •    Cancellations – Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this timeframe will result in a forfeited deposit.     •    Late Arrivals – A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Anything later will result in the appointment being cancelled.     •    Rescheduling – Appointments must be rescheduled within 72 hours to keep your deposit. Multiple reschedules will be subject to an inconvenience fee.     •    Payments – The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Accepted payment: CASH •SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS OR CANCELING IN LESS THAT 72 HOURS WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE!!!! WHY? NOT ENOUGH TIME TO FILL THAT SPOT SO WE LOSE MONEY AS SERVICE PROVIDERS !     •    Parking – Street parking is available on 8th St and Francisco St. THEA by Metropolis offers parking for $40 (no validation).     •    Arrival Instructions – Address: 1000 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017. When you arrive let me know and please wait in the lobby until notified. Once I am ready, you may let the receptionist know to buzz you up.     •    Courtesy & Respect – Services take time and are meant to be relaxing and smooth. Please respect appointment times as you would want your own respected.
